Parks & Recreation
I have a surreal connection to nature.
It's no wonder why I visited parks so often this summer and felt inclined to take as many pictures of the things about them that moved me.
Piedmont Park is by far one of Atlanta's biggest parks and one of my favorites to visit and revisit time and time again. In the middle of so much stone, concrete, grime, and congestion of the city, there's this little slice of green heaven that acts as juxtaposition. It's actually how I spent my 25th birthday this year.
There's a little storefront near the park's entrance where you can rent bikes for $6/hr and I did that and rode them in the midst of stopping every now to partake in some Pokemon Go action. What can I say? I'm a simple woman after life's simple things.
